2. What data we process
Hostel bookings: name, email, phone, messenger, comment, stay dates, number of guests, chosen room and site language.
Transfer requests: name and contacts, route, date, time or flight number, number of passengers and luggage.
Contact form messages: name, contact and message text.
AMEY-BOX lockers: the chosen box, amount, order status, Telegram chat ID (to send you the code) and the one-time code itself. This data is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to carry out your booking, transfer or box order and to reply to your messages (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in answering enquiries).
4. Who receives the data
Cloudflare: website hosting and data storage.
Telegram: the administrator is notified of new requests; box codes are sent to you by the bot.
Partner carrier: receives transfer request details, only if you send such a request.
Airbnb, Booking.com: calendar sync shares only occupied dates, never guest details.
The Location page shows an OpenStreetMap map loaded from their servers.
5. How long we keep data
Booking and request data is kept as long as needed to fulfil them and to meet legal requirements, then deleted. Box data is deleted after 24 hours.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing. Write to us via the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
7. Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only your chosen language and your box order number are stored locally in your browser; they are not sent to the server.
